Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid Datameshsolutions training enrollments contracted directly with us. Website pricing pages are informational and do not themselves create a purchase.

Refund eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date and have not accessed downloadable cohort materials beyond the orientation packet. Partial refunds may apply if you cancel between thirteen and seven days before start, typically seventy percent (70%) of tuition after administrative fees.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original payment date for unused seats, or within the cancellation windows above for scheduled cohorts—whichever condition applies to your agreement.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refund: timely cancellation, no live sessions attended, and materials limited to orientation. Partial refund: cancellation inside the partial window, or documented inability to continue after the first live session due to instructor cancellation on our side. If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees, privately ordered travel, completed custom scenario design already delivered under Holding Counsel, and seats transferred to a colleague at your request are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@datameshsolutions.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within three business days and issue a decision within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days after approval. Bank timelines may add several days. We do not issue cash refunds.

Cancellation by participant

You may nominate a substitute colleague from the same organization up to five days before start at no fee. After the cohort begins, substitutions require faculty approval.

Exceptions

Mandatory cooling-off rights under Korean consumer law, where applicable, supersede conflicting clauses. Documented medical emergencies may qualify for goodwill credits evaluated case by case.
